Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and display differences
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed
  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out without warning

Our compatible ink products are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. "Compatible" means our products are designed to work with the specified printers but are not manufactured by the original printer manufacturer. Use of compatible ink cartridges does not void your printer warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Square. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely; we do not store full credit card details
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed
  • Applicable sales tax will be added based on your shipping destination and prevailing state and local tax regulations

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day.

  • Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and selected shipping method
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened and unused products. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you. For full details, please review our Refund and Return Policy.

Opened or used ink cartridges are not eligible for return unless they are defective. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@usainksupply.com or call (866) 972-3506.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of USA Ink Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Printer brand names and model numbers referenced on our Site are trademarks of their respective owners. These names are used solely for the purpose of identifying compatible products and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Ink Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which USA Ink Supply operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.
