30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened and unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To qualify for our 30-day guarantee, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Defective Product Replacement
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it at absolutely no cost to you -- including return shipping. We take quality seriously and every claim is handled promptly.
A product is considered defective if it:
- Arrives damaged or leaking
- Fails to produce acceptable print quality when used according to instructions
- Is not recognized by the printer despite being listed as compatible
- Has a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use
To report a defective product, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. If helpful, photos of the defective product or print quality issues will expedite the replacement process.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or report an issue, follow these steps:
Contact Us
Reach out to our team by emailing sales@usainksupply.com or calling (866) 972-3506. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Your Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions. Please do not ship products back without an RMA number.
Ship the Product Back
Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. For defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or ship a replacement. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.
Refund Processing Timeline
We process returns as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect:
- Inspection: Returned products are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund issued: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Bank processing: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Replacement shipping: Replacement products are shipped within 1-2 business days of approval, with the same shipping speed as your original order
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under our standard return policy:
- Opened or used ink cartridges: Once an ink cartridge has been opened or installed, it cannot be returned unless it is defective
- Opened or used DTF ink bottles: Unsealed ink bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective
- Products without original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Products returned without an RMA number: All returns must be authorized before shipping
Important exception: If any opened or used product is confirmed to be defective, it is fully covered under our defective product replacement policy regardless of whether it has been opened or used.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item shipped by us
- Products that do not match the description
Customer Pays Shipping
- Change of mind
- Ordered incorrect product
- No longer needed
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or item not matching description).
